The website is deliberately built to minimise data: we do not use our own tracking or analytics tools and no profiling, and there are no user accounts.

The contact and enquiry forms on this website do not send any data to an ANAVON server. When you submit, your local email program opens with a pre-filled message (a so-called mailto link); sending is carried out by you via your own email provider. When you contact us (e.g. by email or phone), we process the data you provide, such as:

c) For Orders via the Configurator

To process orders we require:

• First and last name
• Billing and delivery address
• Email address
• Details of the desired configuration

d) For Participation in Workshops, Test Days or Competitions

Here we collect additional information such as:

• Event-related data (e.g. selected workshops or test days)
• Where applicable, photos or videos (with your express consent)

4. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

a) For Contract Performance

Processing your data is necessary in order to perform contracts, e.g. for orders or participation in workshops (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Fonts are served locally from our server; no data is transmitted to third parties in the process. On the contact page we link to an external map service (Google Maps) to make finding us easier. No map iFrame is embedded; data transmission only takes place when you actively click the link and thereby access Google's website. The privacy provisions of the respective provider then apply.
